The Hotel Pavillon Montaigne is perhaps the only Hotel in Paris boasting its own resident expert in early Christianity, Gnosticism and Grail hunts. The current owner of the Hotel Pavillon Montaigne is an english Religious Studies teacher, ex King's College London Uni., a specialist in Early Christianity and Gnosticism who is combining his interests by developing walking tours to the Louvre, St Sulpice and other Parisian sites mentioned in Dan Brown's bestlling novel, the Da Vinci Code.

Andrew Schiller gives a guided tour, in English, to locations featured in Dan Brown's best selling novel. He does NOT know the location of the Holy Grail!

The tour will take in a part of the route of the car chase, a walk along the Seine, the gardens of the Tuileries, to a visit of St Sulpice, and will terminate at the Louvre.where you may contemplate the meaning of the Grail in your own time, whilst perhaps taking in some of its many treasures.

Being Paris the tour will of course include a coffee stop and lunch break. Starting from the Hotel (to the West) we retrace the car chase, walk through the Tuileries to St Sulpice, then north to finish at the Louvre (walking time 75 mn)

The Hotel Pavillon Montaigne is proud to announce its inaugural 'DA VINCI CODE' CONFERENCE - AUGUST 15 - 18 2005

There will be several guest speakers on various aspects of early Christianity, Gnosticism and recent Grail hypotheses such as that found in Dan Brown's novel. For conference booking details, or if you would like to contribute to the Conference please contact Andy Schiller (Religious Studies alumni, King's College London) via the hotel email address.
